Andrej Panadić (born 9 March 1969 in Zagreb) is a Croatian football coach and a former defender. He last managed LASK Linz in 2008.

He played for Dinamo Zagreb (1988–94), Chemnitzer FC (1994–96), KFC Uerdingen 05 (1996), Hamburger SV (1997–2002), Sturm Graz (2001–02) and Nagoya Grampus Eight (2002–04).

With Dinamo Zagreb he won a Croatian Championship for the year 1993.

He played for the Yugoslavia national football team (three matches) and was a participant at the 1990 FIFA World Cup.
